Phil is co-founder and CEO of AYCE Capital. He focuses on mergers and acquisitions (M&A), capital raising, and investment decisions. Prior to co-founding AYCE, Phil worked in various finance roles on the stock market, in SMB growth consulting, and M&A. Phil’s role is to make investment decisions and can provide real-time responses throughout the M&A process.
Phil has lived and worked in Barrie and the GTA, and enjoys giving back and supporting the community. In his spare time he reads, spends time with family, and golfs.
COO
Will is co-founder and COO at AYCE Capital. He focuses on supporting MSP owners in various business operations spanning HR, compliance, accounting, procurement, and insurance. Prior to co-founding AYCE, Will worked in various roles across insurance, corporate finance, business development, accounting, operations, and financial regulation.
Will has lived and worked in Guelph and Ottawa, and often volunteered with the Canadian Cadet Program, Guelph Tool Library, and Urban Sugaring Project. In his spare time, he loves to grill, cycle the hills of Gatineau, and tend to his garden.
VP - M&A
Liam is the VP of M&A at AYCE Capital. He focuses on financial analysis, due diligence, and transaction document preparation. He has prior experience in M&A advisory, financial modeling, and FP&A for a renewable energy firm.
Born in the Maritimes and raised in Ottawa, Liam enjoys badminton, running, poker, and bouldering in his free time.

Fadi Syoufi has a background in public accounting, where he worked with a wide range of corporate clients. Before launching his own successful bookkeeping business, he advised on complex corporate transactions including mergers and acquisitions, spin-offs, and fractional sales. With a deep understanding of financial operations and a passion for building efficient, scalable systems, Fadi is now focused on modernizing bookkeeping services across Canada through strategic acquisitions and thoughtful growth.
Born and raised in Ottawa, Fadi is a motorsport enthusiast who enjoys racing, golfing, and reading. He’s also active in nonprofit work and previously served as a board member for the Carleton University Students’ Association.
